Agentic AI for serious operators

The desk work is over.

Hours builds bespoke AI agents that think, decide, and act — replacing the repetitive desk work draining your team. They live inside the tools you already use, working 24/7 with the judgment of a trained operator.

02 · Capabilities

An agent is more than a chatbot.

We build operators, not assistants. Each agent has a job, a memory, a set of tools, and the autonomy to finish work without hand-holding.

01

Read

Pull context from email, CRM, docs, and the web. Cite, summarize, and answer with sources.

02

Decide

Apply your playbooks and judgment. Escalate edge cases, never invent policy.

03

Write

Draft replies, briefs, contracts, and updates in your voice and your structure.

04

Act

Send messages, file tickets, update records, and trigger workflows across your stack.

05

Observe

Every decision is logged. You watch the agent work and tune it like a junior hire.

06

Improve

Feedback loops let agents learn from your edits and grow more autonomous over time.

03 · Catalog

A bench of specialists.
Not a generalist tool.

Each Hours agent is purpose-built around one job and the tools that job touches. Start with one. Add more as they prove themselves.

04 · Engagement

From handshake to autonomous in three weeks.

We work hands-on with one operator on your team. No ticketing, no kickoff theater. Output every week, in your tools.

01Week 1

Discovery

We shadow the desk work — every email thread, spreadsheet, and meeting note — and map the exact job the agent will own. Output: a written agent brief you sign off.

02Week 1–2

Design

We engineer the agent: tools, memory, decision logic, escalation rules, and the integrations into your stack. You see a working prototype within seven days.

03Week 2–3

Deploy

We launch in shadow mode first — the agent does the work but you approve every action. As trust builds, we unlock autonomy step by step.

04Ongoing

Improve

Every edit you make becomes training data. We tune weekly, measure hours saved, and expand the agent's mandate as it earns it.

05 · Track record

08 · Questions

What buyers ask before signing.

No. Hours is a studio — we engineer one agent at a time, custom to your operation, your stack, and your judgment. Once an agent ships, you own it. We can keep tuning it on retainer, or you can run it solo.

Most 'AI tools' wait for you to prompt them. Our agents have a job, a memory, and a set of tools — they pick up work on their own, decide what to do, and act inside your systems. You watch the work log; they handle the rest.

We use whichever model fits the job. Most of our agents are built on Claude (Sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.7), with provider routing for speed-sensitive tasks. We don't hard-code to one vendor — your agent stays portable.

Everything runs in your environment or in dedicated UK/EU-region infrastructure. We sign DPAs, support SSO, scope data access per-agent, and produce an audit log of every action. No training on your data.

First agent engagements start at £14,000 end-to-end, including discovery, build, and a month of post-launch tuning. After that, agents typically run on a £1,200–£2,500 / month retainer covering operations and continuous improvement.

It will. The first month is shadow mode — every action requires your approval and every correction trains the next decision. We only unlock autonomy on workflows where the agent is already operating at human accuracy.
