No. Hours is a studio — we engineer one agent at a time, custom to your operation, your stack, and your judgment. Once an agent ships, you own it. We can keep tuning it on retainer, or you can run it solo.
Most AI tools wait for you to prompt them. Our agents have a job, a memory, and a set of tools — they pick up work on their own, decide what to do, and act inside your systems. You watch the work log; they handle the rest.
We use whichever model fits the job, with provider routing for speed-sensitive tasks. We don't hard-code to one vendor, so your agent stays portable rather than locked to a single provider.
Everything runs in your environment or in dedicated UK/EU-region infrastructure. We sign DPAs, support SSO, scope data access per agent, and produce an audit log of every action. We never train on your data.
