Hours started as the in-house automation team for a UK private-equity backed founder who'd grown tired of his ops team drowning in inbox triage and spreadsheet reconciliation. Three months in, the agents we built were saving 30 hours a week. We spun out to do it for other operators.

The thesis: bench, not platform.
We don't sell a product. We sell people the agents they wished they could hire — one job, one bench specialist, fully accountable. Most clients start with one agent and grow to three within six months once they see what's possible.

Where we are today.
Eight engineers, four operators, and a small bench of recurring clients across financial services, professional services, and SaaS. We're selective: we only sign engagements where we'd happily own the outcome ourselves.
